Elumina Media LLC (“Elumina,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects intellectual property rights and expects users, partners, contributors, licensees, and visitors to do the same.
This Copyright & DMCA Policy describes Elumina’s rights regarding its original content and intellectual property and establishes procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement involving content appearing on websites, platforms, or digital properties operated by Elumina Media LLC.
1. ELUMINA COPYRIGHT
Unless otherwise stated, original content created, commissioned, published, or owned by Elumina Media LLC is protected by applicable United States and international copyright laws.

2. PERMITTED USE
Visitors may access Elumina content for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise indicated.
No Elumina-owned content may be reproduced, copied, republished, distributed, sold, licensed, publicly displayed, publicly performed, modified, adapted, commercially exploited, or incorporated into another product, service, event, publication, course, platform, or commercial offering without prior authorization, except where such use is otherwise permitted by applicable law.

5. REPORTING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

A DMCA notice should include:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of those works;
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, together with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material;
Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement that the information contained in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

7. RESPONSE TO DMCA NOTICES
Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notification, Elumina may investigate the complaint and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include removing or disabling access to allegedly infringing material and notifying the party responsible for the affected material.
Removal of content in response to a notice does not necessarily constitute an admission of infringement or liability.
8. COUNTER-NOTIFICATIONS
If material you submitted or provided to an Elumina-operated service has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notification and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification as permitted under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
A counter-notification should include:
Your physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling;
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification;
Your name, address, and telephone number; and
The statements regarding consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States Federal District Court and acceptance of service of process required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

9. REPEAT INFRINGEMENT
Where applicable to services that permit users or third parties to submit or publish content, Elumina may terminate or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Elumina reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content when appropriate.
10. MISREPRESENTATIONS
Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in liability under applicable law.
Before submitting a notice, you should consider whether the disputed use is authorized by the copyright owner, licensed, or otherwise permitted by law, including where applicable under principles such as fair use.
11. REPORTING UNAUTHORIZED USE OF ELUMINA CONTENT
If you discover an Elumina-owned photograph, video, recording, article, educational material, graphic, presentation, event asset, or other copyrighted work being reproduced or commercially exploited without authorization, please report it to:
