Hosted by Katelina “La Gata” Eccleston — reggaeton historian and creator of the iconic Perreo 101 bilingual podcast — this party series celebrates all things Caribeña with a focus on femme empowerment and sultry, irresistible beats.
Now in its 10th stop of the #Perreo101Tour, Perreo 101 Pari offers an unforgettable night of dembow, dancehall, bachata, merengue, and of course, perreo. With La Gata curating the vibe and surprise guest DJs lined up, attendees can expect an energy-packed celebration that will keep Miami dancing all night.

Katelina "La Gata" Eccleston is an internationally renowned music historian, creative, and entrepreneur of Panamanian-Jamaican descent. As the founder of Reggaeton Con La Gata, a bilingual platform established in 2017, she has shifted the paradigm of race and social dynamics in reggaeton. Through her work, including the creation of the Perreo 101 podcast, she bridges academia, the music industry, and everyday listeners to democratize the history of reggaeton.
